We work together over a 2 hour session creating a visual space to gain clarity of your desires, set clear goals, and focus your energy toward manifesting them into your life. Walk away with a sense of clarity in your future and the confidence to know that you will be able to make it you reality. You dream, I draw. It's that straightforward. Together we create this amazing map customized for your life in a 2 hour online session (plus a little homework).
In indentifying what's currently happening (good and not so good) so we can lock it in the past. You dream about the desired future (all the feelings and ideas) so we can really lean in and attract that awesomeness. Then we identify what the 3 bold steps are you need to take to step into that reality.
│ ➤ 1:1 Coaching
Gain momentum toward how you want to feel, begin to learn and implement tools, and widen the doors to your own self discovery through the lense of increasing self compassion and addressing those pestery limiting beliefs or emotions. Retrain and rewire your subconcious and thought patterns away from negative/harmful pathways toward a more supportive and free feelings. Support your own growth toward greater emotional freedom.

Materials will be provided as we uncover what tools and strategies would be most helpful to you. (e.g. worksheets, journaling prompt formats, instructional videos, etc.)

Join me to retreat. Pull back from your day to day obligations and spend time connecting to yourself, to others and to the rhythm of nature.

Online workshops support connection during times when we are unable to connect in person. These workshops foster community, connection and growth so that even in times of change we can find our true north and follow our inner compass.

Find yourself through the wilds of the PNW. These wilderness expeditions will help you connect more deeply with yourself, challenge you mentally, emotionally and spiritually so that you may be uprooted and replanted onto a path the serves your highest self.
